1. Responsible for direct production part and material purchasing for DCCC.负责博世力士乐常州的直接生产物料,原材料的采购。

2. Leading and managing purchaser of direct material team to achieve purchasing targets.领导和管理直接材料采购工程师完成采购指标。

3. Leading the team and well collaborate with other function team such as commercial purchasing.领导团队并于其他职能团队良好协作，如商务采购团队。

4. Supplier scouting and selection.供应商寻找和筛选。

5. Identify material/parts/techniques with related department.联系相关部门确定材料,零件,技术的要求。

6. Supplier development with PUQ.和采购质量工程师一起发展供应商。

7. Management of supplier relationship.供应商管理。

8. Purchasing market analysis (e.g. competitors and suppliers).采购市场的分析(竞争对手,供应商)

9. Following of the individual targets set during the yearly GPD.执行年度面谈所设定的单独得目标和任务

1. Bachelor degree or above.本科或以上学历。
2. Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in mechanical or electronic industry.五年以上机械或电子工业的采购经验。
3. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.良好的沟通技巧和人际关系。
4. Proficiency in English.精通英语。
5. Willingness for frequent travelling.愿意经常出差。
6. Ability to work under pressure.能在压力下工作
