Job Responsibility:

• Manages BU ANT the customer expectations through Quality, Qualification, and Control Plans during the life cycle of a product with focus on product, project, and processes; oversees the application and implementation and continuous improvements of these plans.

• Drives the development of processes and quality tools supporting that the products, services, or solutions being developed meets customer and company quality requirements.

• Supervises the application of processes and tools and promote best practices across BU, drives the organization toward excellence in operational performance within defined product quality KPI and rating policies.

• Sets the quality targets in cooperation with BU management, R & D, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations

• Organize cross-functional teams for global customer/process problem solving and efficient utilization of global know-how and lessons learnt.

• Develops highly motivated and high-qualified global teams working in quality networks across the BU’s R & D centers and manufacturing plants.

• Work with the PCT members to define and review quality control and quality assurance activities during the product life cycle

• Develop & implement the product/project Quality Plans

• Process and parts approval process (PPAP) for new product introduction at supplier

• Monitor the product qualification, declaration of conformity

• Drive the DFMEA, PFMEA process

• Support and validate the engineering changes to make sure the product meet customer expectation

• Lead efforts in applying quality tools (root cause analysis, Pareto assessment, elephant charting, SPC, etc.).

• Responsible for ensuring the product, production process and material sources are qualified according to the qualification plan.

• Ensuring the quality of the delivered product through compliance with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, etc.).

• Other tasks assigned by his/her managers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in engineering or mechanical field.
• Minimum 4-5 years engineering or quality or supplier management experience
• Goog command of quality mgt method ,with Engineering background and knowledgesODM/EMS supplier management experiences prefered.
• Familiar with 6 sigma knowledge.
• Strong computer skills of MS office, such as Excel/Word/Access
• Good English including oral and written.
• Result oriented and focus on customer.
• Other tasks assigned by superier.
