• Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in full spectrum of Consultant / Main Contractor QS Works
• Adaptability and flexibility in using customized computer software
• Self-motivated, team-player, strong planning and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
