We are looking for Project Safety Assurance Manager (PSAM) based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be the key person in the project team, working closely with a wide range of project team: project leaders, core project team not limited to design, engineering, installation, test & commissioning, also with off-shore safety assurance team and customer.  If you are keen to develop your career in multinational organization, this opportunity is ahead of you. What are my responsibilities?

• Take in charge all Safety Assurance activity in existing projects in Hong Kong
• Perform safety analysis & technical safety review and release the safety report to meet the project expectation
• Produce and update safety assurance documents including safety report for on-site test & meeting minute with MTR
• Prepare and lead internal and external safety review meeting, DFQ, HAZOP, workshop with MTR
• Interface with project core team, design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning
• Improve the safety deliveries to suit the best interest for Alstom and customer
• Update safety validation report for system configuration rules, real time issue, project application conditions, functional gap analysis, design gap analysis, application engineering risk
• Key player on 8D resolution when Safety is involve

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Perform safety analysis & technical safety review and release the safety report to meet the project expectation
• 7-10 years of Signalling Project Safety Assurance experience (Former System/ATC/CBI Design Background is highly appreciated)
• Bachelor or Master of Sciences specialized in Computer Sciences, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  
• Familiar with MS Office, C/C+, and xml.
• Attention to detail, analytic, great send of configuration
• Able to work independently with entrepreneurship
• Excellent communication skill to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
• English is mandatory. Chinese or French is a plus
