Position Purpose & Summary
The Project Safety Specialist is created to represent Cargill to work with 3rd party vendors to ensure the safety requirement in the project.

Principal Accountabilities主要职责
1.80% Conduct construction site safety supervision, including but not limited to, tool-box talks, tailgate talks, safety walkthroughs, PTW audits, PJHA participation, and method statement reviews. It is responsible for day-to-day safety monitoring of physical activities in the construction site, preparing the necessary safety trainings to project team, contractors and subcontractors, keeping control on safety for project operation, attending or organizing project safety meetings, carrying out safety walkthroughs, supervisions, SIFp observation tours, record-keeping and follow-up of the safety walkthroughs and safety audit findings.

2.10% develop and/or review safe standards and safety training materials, delivery safety trainings as required.

3.5% attend safety meetings and SIFp investigations.

4.5% other activities assigned by line manager.

1.Minimum Required Qualifications 最低要求

• Registered Safety Engineer (Construction)
• At least 3 years’ experience in safety management of construction projects in European and American foreign enterprises
• Familiar with civil construction, large-scale hoisting and mechanical and electrical installation
• Work 6 days a week, rest 1 day
• Good communication skills

• Bachelor degree in safety engineering
• People/team management experience, EPC(m) experience, WOFE project experience
• Excellent communications, fluent language in English, both written and oral
