Job Description

Due to continuing success and expansion, Turner & Townsend are now looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale Construction projects within the Hi-tech Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, or similarly complex asset type.

Job Objectives

• Work with conceptual designer, Review, validation and to do schedule analysis for detailed L3 schedule for FEED stage, included resource plan against engineering deliverables, logic sequences and critical path drive the schedule to completion

• Work with Conceptual designer, Review, Validation ad to do schedule analysis for overall project schedule from FEED to commissioning, startup and handover, identify the schedule risk and mitigation plan

• Review and verify the basis of schedule, identify the gaps between the basis and schedule outline.

• Participate the schedule risk workshop and incorporate all the schedule risks into schedule and reservation plan

• Assist supervisor to prepare schedule management plan and progress tracking methodology for project execution.

• Align with programme level for interface schedule link, provide input to Legal entity set up and permitting plan as well as operations and commissioning schedule involvement.

• Other works to be assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

1. At least 10 years scheduling/planning experience
2. Knowledge and experience of all of the main design or project management concepts, tools and techniques
3. Experience of working with General Contractors in a project management, or scheduler/planner capacity
4. Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering
5. Understanding of the financial aspects of a project
6. Primavera P6 planner desirable
7. Good knowledge and experience gained within hi-tech, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or commercial sectors
