Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle project documentations; provide administrative supports to project teams.
- Coordination with internal departments to facilitate smooth project executions.
- Project clerk and general contract administration duties.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above. Educational background in building industry, quantity surveying or related discipline is preferable.
- Relevant working experience in contract administration is welcome but candidate with less experience may also be considered.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Chinese & English.
- Proficiency in general PC application such as MS Word, Excel.
- Proactive, organized, detailed-minded with strong sense of responsibility.
