- To provide a high standard of secretarial support to the managers in the sales teams
- To handle all daily project tasks in confidence
- To manage or assist in all projects assigned by senior management in an efficient manner
- Be responsible for merchandising work and order arrangement
- Liaise with factories and coordinate with clients and colleagues across diverse business functions
To be successful in this role you will need the following qualities and skills
- Higher diploma with at least 2 years relevant experience but fresh graduate is also welcome
- An interest in interior design and office planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Able to move swiftly on projects when needed
- Hardworking, detail-minded, self-motivated and well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Able to start immediately
