Job Description

  • To provide a high standard of secretarial support to the managers in the sales teams
  • To handle all daily project tasks in confidence
  • To manage or assist in all projects assigned by senior management in an efficient manner
  • Be responsible for merchandising work and order arrangement
  • Liaise with factories and coordinate with clients and colleagues across diverse business functions

To be successful in this role you will need the following qualities and skills

  • Higher diploma with at least 2 years relevant experience but fresh graduate is also welcome
  • An interest in interior design and office planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to move swiftly on projects when needed
  • Hardworking, detail-minded, self-motivated and well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Able to start immediately
