职责描述 Responsibilities：

1. 协助旭格销售人员向建筑师、开发商和旭格产品制造商提供售前技术服务。技术服务包括标准的系统解决方案和为个别项目量身定制的解决方案；静态计算和方案优化；所需材料和成本的估算。其中项目是指使用门窗产品的住宅项目以及使用外墙产品的公共建筑项目；

Support Schueco Sales to provide pre-sales technical services to the architects, the developers and Schueco fabricators.

The technical services consist of standard system solutions and customized solutions on individual project,

static calculation and plan optimization, materials take off and cost estimation.

The projects mean either residential projects with windows and doors or public building projects with facade;

2. 团队协作准备招标文件：包括一整套的方案图纸，设计说明，静态计算，报价单及演示；

Prepare the bidding documents including whole sets of proposal drawings, design explanation, static pre-calculations;

3. 独立向旭格产品制造商及项目合作伙伴在项目实施阶段提供技术支持服务和质量验证。在这个阶段的技术支持是指施工图设计，制造图纸绘制和现场支持；

Cooperate with Schueco fabricators and project cooperators for technical support and quality verification in projects implementation stage.

The technical supports in this stage mean construction drawing design, fabrication drawings and onsite support;

4. 维护旭格技术数据资料及标准部分的细节；

Maintain Schueco technical database of documents and standard sections details;

5. 完成区域销售总监安排的其他工作。

Other duties assigned by Regional Sales Director.

任职要求 Requirements：

1. 本科或以上学历，土木工程或力学专业毕业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering or mechanics;

2. 三年以上门窗公司工作经验或者两年以上旭格产品相关公司工作经验；

More than 3 years’ working experience in window/door company, or more than 2 years' working experience with Schueco system products;

3. 在门窗设计，工艺和安装领域的工作经验；

Previous experience in design, process and installation of window/door;

4. 掌握下列软件：AutoCad, CADPM, Excel, Word, Power Point；

Master of AutoCad, CADPM, Excel, Word, Power Point software;

5. 有一定的英语能力，大学英语4级或以上；

Good at English, CET 4 or above;

6. 团队协作精神，沟通技巧，愿意学习。

Strong sense of teamwork, good communications skills and willing to learn.
