Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree major in Electronics, Mechanics or Telecommunication Engineering.
2 At least 5 years practical experience in plastic or mechanical industry.
3 Good understanding and rich knowledge on the mechanics category and sourcing channel
4 Good negotiation and communication skill
5 Good at both spoken and written English.

Job responsibilities:
1. Achieve/support company and department KPIs’ target on own projects.
2. Follow commodity strategy and optimize material TCO cost on project.
3. Perform new project quotation with competitive material cost to meet new RFQ win rate
4. Implement NPI by building up material on time and achieving best material cost and tooling cost to meet project cost requirements.
5. Set up TA in system within cost target and maintain TA validation by seeking potential saving opportunity during routine works.
6. Recommend alternative solution to meet project schedule and cost competitiveness requirement.
7. Represent sourcing to work with cross function in CFT and support project in every case related with sourcing.
8. Work with commodity manager to optimize material cost annually and improve vendor pool.
9. Other tasks assigned by direct report manager.
