Responsibilities:

• In charge of daily routine and carry out all operational duties to ensure a timely, quality and budget delivery
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Delivery of marketing campaigns / account and project management initiatives for clients
• Provides overall event management support, prepare event proposal, handling venue booking, keeping track of event budget, promotion materials, cost estimations & controlling, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion etc.
• Conduct project review, create detailed reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation for audit
• Support Managers to maintain and grow accounts through exceeding clients’ expectation and identifying potential growth opportunities
• Undertake ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned from time to time
• Travel to shows, both domestic and international for onsite support

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Multi–media or related disciplines
• Excellent organization skills, attention to details and ability to perform multi tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Can-do attitude, strong teamwork spirit and communication skills
• Competency in use of Outlooks, Word Pro, Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; plus good command in spoken Mandarin
• With event experience is a plus
