Project Specialist, User Success

 

Location: Post COVID, this will be an office based role. Available locations include Exton, PA; Denver, CO; Burlington, Canada; Atlanta Georgia

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Specialist, you will work on multiple project teams simultaneously and may serve as Project Manager for a small project or a portion of a larger project. Your will focus on project management details and follow up actions that maximize project outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage project timelines, expectations, milestones, and deliverables and monitor progress to achievement
  • Contribute to the creation of project plans, documentation, and requirements for projects
  • Act as a key contact and communication facilitation between internal departments
  • Coordinate and follow-up on tasks and assignments across teams
  • Develop processes and best practices for project management and execution
  • Collaborate with teammates who care about our users as much as you do

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience; recent graduates encouraged
  • 2+ years project management or similar experience, such as internships or coops
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done
  • Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization. Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.
  • Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
  • Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, Sharepoint
  • You work well with others: You like the experience of working with different types of people, including different perspectives and cultures, People love working with you and the feeling is mutual
  • You get stuff done: You are a self-starter who can manage a highly variable workload. You’re unfazed by the unexpected projects that require a fast turnaround. You get connected quickly: You know how to build a network by building relationships. You are the person who seems to know everyone. This helps you to be resourceful and make things happen
  • You are a go-getter: You actively seek challenges that will stretch your capabilities. You operate well in an environment that changes quickly, and it’s not always 100% clear what needs to happen and when. You are still able to pull together a plan and execute, adjust as needed and move forward
