Job responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operation including but not limited to performance, conduct and attendance of junior staff
• Ensure KPI and SOP is met with guidelines and standard work flow; resolving complex enquiries and escalate complaints to ensure services satisfaction
• Driving the team to provide professional customer services and good experience to customers
• Prepare operation reports and statistical reports from time to time
• As an operational support to other site within the same campus
• Monitor several on site IT and video systems
• Manage to communicate immediately any emergency and provide assistance as per code of conduct
• Manage a small team and provide training courses on regular basis, develop staff to ensure top performance and achievement of individuals, teams and management objectives
• Support marketing and promotional events
• Effective communication with different stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 3 years relevant experience preferably with experience in customer services
• Self-motivated, independent with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills and strong leadership skills
• Good Excel skills would be an advantage
• Good in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Immediately available is highly preferable
• Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays is required
