Job Description
Eaton is looking for a Project Supervisor at our Porto Feliz – SP plant to join our team. She/He will be responsible for: Responsible for ensuring compliance with the scope, timing and quality set forth in Eaton's contractual obligations. To ensure and maximize the financial outcome of contracts and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Manage the team ensuring its execution, as well as the best distribution of activities Meet customer requests, be it billing, orders and other processes, within the stipulated period of return; Report billing status, order entry, and open order book. Constant monitoring of the open order book with delivery times; Responsible for performing the activities of the department following internal procedures; Interface between sales / customer needs and other administrative departments of the company; Establish strategic relationships with our main customers and partners, aiming to increase our business possibilities and improve conflict resolution; Establish relationships with key people in partner organizations, suppliers and customers, aiming at business development and/or conflict reduction; Seek increased company profitability, monitoring risks and opportunities and application of modern techniques in project management.
