Working closely with Integration Principal, responsible for supporting Project Boston integration by developing content for key meetings, effectively co-ordinating input from internal teams and proactively tracking RAID and Action logs for the IMO team and Finance workstream

Roles and Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Reporting:

  • Manage the fortnightly/monthly reporting process from each workstream to the IMO
  • Support preparation of the materials for combined workstream meetings and Governance Committees, including updates for workstreams, timelines, risks and issues, budget update, and other relevant updates, as required
  • Facilitate the preparation of ad-hoc project updates to stakeholders, including reports for Group Steerco, Group Exco, Regulators and other stakeholders in AIA Hong Kong / Group Office

Migration Planning and Execution (For Finance workstream):

  • Support the tracking of programme deliverables relating to the migration for Finance and other workstreams
  • Maintain programme logs for risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies via the RAID log, and monitor timely escalation for resolution
  • Support preparation of project updates and tracking reports to stakeholders within the Finance workstream

Others:

  • Maintain all required project governance documentation and supporting infrastructure
  • Support the preparation of internal communications and simple training materials as required
  • Support key events and workshops as required

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree level education
  • Minimum 4 years project experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional organisation and motivational skills, including attention to detail
  • Located in Hong Kong
  • Available until end 2022
  • Accounting / Finance background preferred
  • Strong preference for bi-lingual candidates (Cantonese + English)
  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
