Job Summary

1. Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information independently

2. Perform building physics including CFD simulation, energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor

3. Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report

4. Research on relative latest technologies and news

Assist in green building assessment and certification

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor and above, master is a plus.

2. Green building with 4+ years of professional experience

3. Experience in building physics support for LEED projects – additional knowledge of the CGBL rating systems would be considered favorably

4. Experience with design and simulation tools such as CFD, Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.

5. Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.

6. Good speaking and writing English

7. Additional experiences in Energy audit or system commissioning would be considered favorably

8. Fast learner

9. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

LEED AP，WELL AP professional preferred
