Job Description

  • Handle and follow up of purchase orders and quotation for materials purchase;
  • Manage and update all purchasing documents and records;
  • Daily communications with suppliers;
  • Assist in handling purchasing order with suppliers and arranging delivery schedule;
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to project team.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above;
  • Proficiency in MS Word/ MS Excel;
  • 1 year working experience or above (Fresh graduates will be also considered);
  • Self-motivate, hardworking and willing to learn.
