- Handle and follow up of purchase orders and quotation for materials purchase;
- Manage and update all purchasing documents and records;
- Daily communications with suppliers;
- Assist in handling purchasing order with suppliers and arranging delivery schedule;
- Coordinate the delivery of materials;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to project team.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above;
- Proficiency in MS Word/ MS Excel;
- 1 year working experience or above (Fresh graduates will be also considered);
- Self-motivate, hardworking and willing to learn.
