Responsibilities:

• Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company and industry standards.
• Periodic project progress reports to senior management.
• Demonstrates creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual operations problems, determining operational objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guides for diverse architecture activities.
• Acts as advisor to clients and other departments on architecture issues.
• Delivery of designs and addressing the owner’s project requirements and provides technical expertise to assure that all design documents produced are of high quality and within the context of schedule and budget.
• Managing the design functions on projects including liaising with specific architecture practices and engineering throughout all phases from feasibility to operations.

Requirements:

• Familiar with various practices such as landscape, land planning, and other related practices.
• May oversee and manage land development project master plans. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Has knowledge in design, building and construction, and engineering and technology.
• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
• Portfolio attached is a must.
