Job Description
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma Holder in Project / Facility Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative experience is required
- Relevant working experience in handling repair / maintenance, reprovisioning and renovation projects of building services facilities
- Must have basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other MS office software
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Required to perform shift duties including working on Saturdays / Sundays / Public Holidays when necessary
Job Responsibilities
- To oversee the general cleanliness, facilities, security, repair and maintenance of the Club
- Detail-minded with good project management and interpersonal skills
- Assist the Project Director and Facilities Manager in resolving administrative issues
- Expedite subcontractor’s submittal of documents in accordance with the project schedule
- Responsible for the project filling system, includes compliance with any contract requirements
- Document control maintenance - receive / issue / and coordinate circulation of documents
- File electronic and hardcopy documentation
- Manage, coordinate and assist with all correspondence to / from all project-related contractors
