Ÿ Manages all financial matters that support achievement of strategic and operational objectives including capital expenditure management

Ÿ Manages financial planning process for local Operations and proactively supports the reporting and forecasting processes

Ÿ Manages activities for database, master data in the ERP (production & financial master data)

Ÿ Appropriately balances operations and business perspectives in developing forecasts, and provides transparency into business drivers, risks and opportunities. Uses a "balanced" approach under the pressure of managing multiple priorities as well as communicating a clear finance strategy to the team

Ÿ Monitors business trends and provides relevant data, analyses, and fact-based recommendations to the Project Management Ÿ

Creates and documents improvement potential, guidelines and directives based on best practice and knowledge of internal / external business challenges

Ÿ Prepares additional complex ad hoc analyses as required, presenting recommendations to senior management as appropriate

Ÿ Provides all necessary information to China Finance and Controlling organization in a timely and accurate manner Ÿ

Responsible for Budgeting, Reporting and Capex Controlling from financial perspective

Ÿ Capital involvement, providing financial data to influence investment decisions (at production site & group level if needed)

Ÿ Supports business decision making on a wide variety of operational matters with valuable business insight and fact based analyses

Ÿ Project Cost Controlling set up

Ÿ Establish finance policies and procedures

Ÿ Supports the Project Management by preparing appropriate documentation for budget validation, change and risk management, forecasting and reporting as well as other topics as required

Ÿ As needed, manages important initiatives to successful completion, managing teams of employees from a variety of functions and organizations.

Ÿ Maintain relationship with local authorities and other important external and internal stakeholders

任职条件

10 years’ experience in finance field and 3 years’ experience in project at least.

Ÿ Substantial experience with demonstrated success in a variety of operations / business environments. Ÿ

Experience in Biologics, pharmaceutical and/or chemical production is beneficial

Ÿ Experience with large construction projects, manufacturing operations and project management is beneficial

Ÿ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ÿ Workload prioritization, project management, problem solving and resource management skills

Ÿ Capable of driving change with a proven track record in implementing process improvements

Ÿ Capable of working in a team environment and partnering with divisions, businesses units, operations and corporate level

Ÿ Result orientation, accuracy and reliability as a must

Ÿ Knowledge of accounting regulations, company accounting policies, and company internal controls, with unquestioned integrity in the application of such standards
