· Follow the tracks of fluorochemical projects and manage the permitting related works. · Provide secretary work for manager included but not limited to the documents receiving & filling, daily / weekly / quarteryly/ semiyearly & yearly reports preparation, transportation arrangement, visitors arrangement etc; · In charge of fluorochemical process books management; · Communicate with other department to support manager's work; · Other duties as appointed by manager. Major activities and accountabilities 1. Permitting · Follow the track of fluorochemical related permitting work, coordinate with government departments such as DRC, CEIC, EPB and SB, ect. · Make the schedules of permitting and pursue get the related permitting in time. · Regularly report the permitting proceeding to manager. 2. Record employees’ attendance sheets. Contact finance dept. for invoice and payment. To write, type, file, send and receive documents. · In charge of process books manage and archive. · Record employees’ attendance sheets etc. Transfer company’s information to staff. · Contact finance dept. for invoice and payment. To write, type, file, send and receive relative documents etc. · To communicate with other departments, guest reception, book hotel etc. 3. Safety: · Learn safety operation, not misconduct; · Know the safety technology concerning for this position, has right to refuse the unsafely instructions, report timely. · 4. Others: · To do daily office work. · Abide national and local government laws, regulations; · Abide company’s safety policy, regulations, discipline and procedures; Abide SOP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISRS requirements. · Ensure to do daily office work safely; · Learn safety operation, not misconduct; · Properly use the safety facilities such as fire extinguishers etc., not damage it. Properly use PPE etc. · Implement other missions or tasks assigned by department or company. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 1.Knowledge: · Bachelor degree. · Chemical related major. 2. Skills: · Good written and oral English. · Have a good command in communication skills. 3.Experience: · 1-3 years experience in related work. · Working experience in a MNC in a manufacturing environment. 4. Abilities: · Be able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks; · Good self-motivated, independent and proactive.
