Job Description
- Delivery effective sales support to PM Manager, including pre-show sales and marketing, on-site management, after show review.
- Delivery RX standard customer service to PM team exhibitors.
- Ensure contracts and SPA under process according to PM standard; on time payment; issue and control invitation letters; providing support on exhibitors’ portal, stand allocation, extra furniture order; collecting exhibitor list, exhibitors layout plan, and other when necessary.
- Collecting Monthly sales report from promoters each month.
- Ensure file and data management on CRM system according to RX standard.
- Assist on necessary issues when PM Managers on business trip or out of office.
- Deliver customer service to PM Manager’s direct sales.
- Support PM Managers on sales and marketing campaign. Including Sales material preparation; data collection and system input; visit competitive shows when necessary and write report after the visit.
- Assist PM Managers to organize shows kick off meetings.
- Coordinate with Internal customers and external customers.
- Keeping daily communication with PM Managers.
