- Answer and handle the property's owners / tenants' inquiries and complaints in our Building Management Office
- Assist the Property Manager to communicate with internal departments to follow up work orders and keep monitoring to ensure the orders completed on time
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Certificate or above with at least 1 year relevant work experience in customer service, preferably in customer service hotlines
- Customer-oriented, responsible, patient and flexible
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office)
- Immediate available is highly preferable
