Client Details

Our client is a highly regarded property developer with exciting new growth and acquisitions in the past few years. They would like to add one more headcount to their development team to assist in their business development.  

Responsibilities 

• Conduct feasibility studies on land tender, acquisitions and redevelopment projects  
• Prepare development proposals, reports and present recommendations to senior management  
• Prepare planning application, land exchange, lease modification and premium assessment 
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trends and government initiatives

Requirements

• Tertiary Educated in Bachelor of Science in Surveying or relevant disciplines 
• MHKIS/ MRICS qualified is a must
• Minimum 8 years of relevant valuation/ acquisition experience, including government, consultancies, developers and local investors, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Must be highly sensitive to numbers and detail oriented
• Fluent English and Cantonese
