Client Details

Our client is a highly regarded property developer with exciting new growth and acquisitions in the past few years. They are looking to add one more headcount to their development team to assist in their business development.  

Responsibilities 

• Conduct site inspection, due diligence, and support deal liaison and closing 
• Source out potential property development or investment opportunities with provision of all kinds of financial analysis  
• Prepare development proposals, reports and present recommendations to senior management  
• Prepare planning application, land exchange, lease modification and premium assessment 
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trends and government initiatives across the region

Requirements

• Tertiary Educated in Bachelor of Science in Finance, Investment, Economic or relevant disciplines 
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, highly preferred candidates with real estate exposure in HK
• Must be highly sensitive to numbers and detail oriented
• Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
