Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager to provide quality property management services in a government premises
- Lead a team of front line operational staff (e.g. security guards, cleaning workers, labourers, workers, etc.) to provide quality services for clients
- Maintain the conduct and discipline of all subordinates in daily performance
- Promptly respond to emergencies and report to relevant parties on time
- Handle complaints and enquiries from clients
- Work closely and establish good relationship with clients
- Perform office administrative duties and other duties as required by the head office
Qualification and experience
- Tertiary Educated preferred
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in property management (with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in property management)
- Possess a certificate or above in property / facility management from an accredited post-secondary college or related discipline preferred
- Be a good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, mature, proactive and well-organized
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Have good command of Chinese and English
- Have fair computer knowledge in MS Office and Word Processing
- Possess valid Security Personnel Permit with QAS certificate or equivalent
- Possession of first-aid certificates is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Management Officer
