Job Description

Requirements:

  • Either be a practising member of one of the following professional institutions with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience in property management in Hong Kong or a Degree holder or above in properties management, MHKIH / MCIH / MHKIS / MRICS
  • Or at least 20 years’ experience in property management with not less than 6 years in the capacity of managerial post in a public housing organisation in Hong Kong.
  • Assist in the daily operation and management of public estates and/or commercial properties
  • Administering and coordinating all properties functions, maintaining intimate relationship with tenants, and replying enquires and complaints
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Good service concept, excellent communication & supervision skills
  • Working location: Hong Kong Island area
