Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for the management and operation of residential / commercial properties
• Oversee the day-to-day property management, cleaning, security and technical maintenance service
• Attend meetings of Incorporated Owners and maintain good relationship with the committees
• Monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors
• Ensure to provide a full range of services in the high standard

Requirements

• Certificate or equivalent academic qualification in property management or related disciplines, Member of CIH or HKIH is an advantage
• At least 5 years’relevant working experience, portfolio management experience is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Customer-oriented, Good interpersonal and communication skill, mature, able to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of PC, Excel and Chinese Word Processing essential
• - Applicants with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
