Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree Holder in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate or equivalent.
- Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS (GP), HKIS (GP) / RPHM.
- Minimum 8 years' practical experience in property management, with minimum of 3 years at managerial level and proven track record in managing sizable properties an advantage preferably with Grade A commercial building.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for the general property management of a property portfolio.
- Supervise a team of staff and monitoring the performance of outsourced service providers / contractors, oversee the day-to-day management operation of the property portfolio to ensure meeting with requirements of the company and clients.
- Manage and liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management.
- Conversant with Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and / or related Ordinances.
- Ensure compliance of relevant statutory requirements / regulations / code of practices / company policies and guidelines.
- Mature, presentable, self-driven, flexible with strong client management to ensure good relationship with clients and tenants, communicate and handle complaints, enquiries and requests, and providing effective solution in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility / ownership, and the ability to work independently and also under pressure.
- Well versed in PC skills in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing etc
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
