You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations for a luxurious property in North West of New Territories. 

Requirements:  

•   Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline  

•   Experiences in management of luxury residential properties  

•   At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 1 year must be at supervisory level  

•   Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently  

•   Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure  

•   Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese  

•   Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
