• Corporate Member of CIH, HKIH, HKIS (GP), or relevant qualifications equivalent preferred;
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing sizable commercial properties and residential developments;
• Mature, independent and with excellent knowledge of Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and Building Management Ordinance;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, tenants and the public;
• Enthusiastic, a strong team player with excellent business sense; hands on the work and able to work under pressure; and
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
