Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of property management services
• Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients
• Liaise with clients, supplier and internal parties 

Requirements

• Degree holder of relevant professional qualification, such as MCIH or MHKIH.
• Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is preferable
• Minimum 3-5 years' solid experience in property management of which 3 years should be at managerial level
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working location Kwai Chung/ Tsing Yi/ Tuen Mun/ Yeun Long
