Job Description

Client Details:

Our client is a highly reputable developer with a lot of developments in Hong Kong, China and Overseas. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to look after one of its iconic commercial buildings across Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of building management services including security, cleaning and landscape 
  • Manage outsourced contractors 
  • Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
  • Assist in data analysis, regular reporting and presentation for making improvement recommendation  
  • Deal with all enquiry, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
  • Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable commercial/ residential properties
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
