Job Description
Client's information:
- This is a small-medium size property developer from Hong Kong, with strong project portfolio in high class residential/hospitality projects across Asia. At the moment, they are searching for an experienced property manager to oversee and manage their own properties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on development projects from development stage to handover of premises
- Responsible for overall supervision of the assigned property management projects, including commercial and residential properties.
- Supervise and advise the property management service standard
- Oversee the operation management and ensure compliance of company policies and guidelines
- Manage and guide the property management teams to provide excellent services
- Tender proposal for property management contracts
- Maintain good clients and tenant relationship
- Attend meetings with clients/customers/owners/tenants and Owners' Committee/Corporation
- Coordinate and monitor staff and contractors’ performance for assurance of works and services quality
- Responsible in handling emergency matters and provide professional ad-hoc as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferred in Real Estate, Property/Facilities Management or related disciplines
- Experience in property management for commercial and residential properties, at least 6 years of which at managerial level (preferable in property developers)
- Proficient in Building Management Ordinance and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
- Strong problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
