Job Description

Client Details:

Our client is a highly reputable developer with a lot of self-owned properties in Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for a high calibre Senior Property Manager to look after its upcoming handover of a significant residential estate in Hong Kong. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the portfolio of residential properties and supervise the service provider to deliver a high-standard property management service to the owners
  • Lead a team of in-house staffs and outsourced helpers to conduct flat-to-flat inspections and handover of newly established residential estates
  • Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
  • Assist in data analysis, regular reporting and presentation for making improvement recommendation  
  • Deal with all enquiry, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
  • Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable high-end residential estates, experience in managing handover will be in advantage 
  • Preferably attained relevant professional qualifications e.g. MHKIH, HKIFM, MCIH, RICS, etc. 
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
