We are seeking a passionate industry specialist to join our team as a Property Manager.

As our next Property Manager, you will:
•    Liaise with tenants and owners regarding  tenancy agreements
•    Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
•    Be responsible for coordinating property maintenance
•    Conduct comparative market analysis’ to ensure market rents are being achieved
•    Issue all notices to tenants in accordance with RTA legislation
•    Lease management and administration

What we are looking for:
•    A candidate that holds a current real estate registration certificate
•    Property management experience
•    Knowledge of Console property management software  including Live Agent App
•    Exceptional communication & computer skills 
•    Someone who is highly organised and motivated, with excellent communication skills
•    Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards
