Job Description:

1. Responsible for the operation management of the lobby and VIP areas at BFC project;

2. Standardize concierge staff in grooming, polite language and behavioral norms;

3. Conduct training to enhance the service awareness and work details of the concierge team;

4. Establish good tenant/customer relationships and improve service satisfaction; 5. Assist VIP guests with reception arrangements for major events;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

Qualifications:

1. Expats, bachelor degree or above, major in Hotel Management or related field preferred; 2.Chinese spoken ,know about Chinese culture;

3. Working experiences in five-star hotels, high-end restaurants is preferred;

4. Having good professionalism and rich experiences in customer service and on-site operation;

5. Strong communicative and training skills;

Salary: 20,000.0元 to 40,000.0元 /month
