Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and updating property listing and customer database;
• Developing marketing materials in English and traditional and simplified Chinese in social and print media;
• Servicing existing customers and looking for new buyers and sellers to pursue businesses;
• Performing administrative duties and assisting in ad hoc assignments;
• Helping company develop new business opportunities;

Requirements:

• Degree holder is preferred or minimum 3 years of working experiences
• Holding real estate license is preferred; but not necessary;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) are preferred;
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, independent, detailed oriented, creativity, willing to learn and take challenge;
• Willing to travel;

Location: Brand New Office near Wong Chuk Hang MTR station (2 stations from Admiralty)
