Job Description

- Responsible for the daily operation works of the College, which include security, cleaning, traffic, events support, property management and internal customer service duties, etc

- Perform patrol, conduct scheduled inspection to all facilities on Campus and monitoring of service contractors’ performance;

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operation on Campus.

- To perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives

- To undertake minor repair and maintenance works, move school furniture, equipment and heavy objects as directed

- To attend emergency repairing work and typhoon duty.
