Responsibilities:
• Daily Property Operation, handing clients' inquires and complaints;
• Monitoring contractor work and organizing estate activity
• Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients
• Liaise with clients, supplier and internal parties
Requirements:
• Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines;
• Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH)
• Above 3-8 years' relevant experience in property management;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer / Assistant Property Manager.
