Responsible for ensuring optimal utilisation of AIA facilities and operating the facilities' mechanical and electrical systems as appropriate

• Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements and recommend plans to meet needs
• Conduct ongoing inspection and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities, monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and replace the facilities' mechanical and electrical components and systems
• Hire and oversees outside contractors for facility maintenance
• Recommend purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required
