Your Challenge As a Proposal Engineer some of your main activities will be: Handle the whole bid phase in autonomy, according to the Customer and Company’s requirements, ensuring quality of the offers for Process Instrumentation and Analytics and proposing the optimal measurement solution for the specific application and customer needs. Ensure an accurate offer evaluation and cost calculation, based on technical requirements and specific configuration tools, following all processes and policies. Translate customer requirements, create quotations that satisfy the customer's requests under all technical and commercial expectations. Develop customers knowledge and relationships, participating with the dedicated Sales Manager in meetings with the customer when required. Coordination and management of all internal and external Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Execution, third parties and internal cross division) to ensure a consistent offer from the technical, contractual and pricing point of view. Collaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and with the Product Managers. Participate in internal and/or external kickoff meetings as required to facilitate the smooth transfer of orders. Facilitate and overview the post-order workflow, handling multiple projects, working directly with clients to ensure the delivery of the order’s scope of supply and related documentation (General Assembly Drawings, Datasheets, Quality Procedures, ecc). Ability to manage all the customer requirements and work closely with the sales department to identify and manage potential critical issues. Be responsible of the technical and financial stage. Constants relationships with the factories and subcontractors. Attend the FAT at our factories when required. Required entry qualifications: You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background (ITS Degree).
