Job Description
Provide technical support/proposal. Specially for steam turbine control system / industrial steam turbines control system and Electrical Control and Monitoring System (ECMS) area. Assist in the engineering and selling of PWS products. Provides application / technical assistance to domestic / international sales force. Assists in training and providing technical information to the field service and salespeople as required. Provides technical assistance to customers on the telephone and on the customer’s site.

Job Responsibilities
1. Providing technical assistance to the field salesperson.
2. Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations.
3. Define and coordinate customer product modifications.
4. Organizing and participating in project proposals.
5. Establishing pricing.
6. Responsible for providing technical or application related assistance over the telephone to customers, salespeople, and service organization.
7. Travels to customer sites to evaluate customer needs and rectify customer problems.
8. Is responsible for providing customer feedback to manufacturing and engineering, solving the customer’s problems, and notifying the field of the problem if applicable.
9. Is responsible for technical agreement negotiation after winning bid.
10. Maintenance the Master schedule and Proposal database.
11. Bidding clarification and technical agreement negotiation.
12. Support project manager in project handover during kickoff meeting if needed.
13. Support in technical presentation in technical seminar or user group meeting.
14. Collect and analyze Industry market development and competitor product information.

Basic Qualifications
1. Master degree of engineering science in thermal and power engineering or control theory and control engineering or above..
2. 5-10 years working experience. At least 5 years in process control automation for Power / Water / Metal Market field.
3. At least 3 years’ experience as a proposal engineer, sales support engineer or application engineer or service engineer.
4. Occupational Health and safety acumen

Preferred Qualifications
1. Good knowledge of Computer-based process control automation system (DCS/PLC/SCADA) functions and applications.
2. Familiar with Microsoft office Software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
4. Familiar with Power Industry and have well knowledge about power plant process control
5. Must have strong communications/negotiation skills.
6. knowledge of Ovation will be a plus

Additional Requirements
1. Frequent business travel is required
