销售助理Sales Assistant

职位描述：Job Description

• 协助销售经理进行前期的投标资料的准备，包括方案，报价，图纸等（PFD流程图）；

-Assist Sales Manager in the preperation of pretender information, including proposal, quotation, drawings etc. (PFD - Flow chart)；

• 负责公司市场类工作，如：展会的布置，中文网站的维护，产品样本的管理等；
• Responsible for the company's marketing work, such as the layout/excecution of exhibitions, maintenance of chinese websites, product sample management etc. ；
• 协调财务部门催收项目预付款，保证收款的顺利进行；协调其他部门开展项目的启动与执行；
• Coordinating the finacial department to collect advance payment of the projects to ensure the smooth progress. Coordination of the start-up and the implementation of the project to the other departments.；
• 销售经理分派的其他销售支持工作；
• Other sales support tasks assigned by the sales Manager；
• 文件的翻译工作；
• Translation of documentation；
• 负责安排展会以及广告工作，协助进行市场调研和分析；
• Responsible for arranging exhibition and advertising ,assist with market research and analysis；
• 能独立完成项目成本预算；
• Be able to complete the cost budget of a project independdently；

任职条件：Qualifications:

• 大学专科以上，有水处理或环保专业背景；
• College graduated or above with a background of water treatment or environmental protection would be priority；
• 较强的文字表达能力，优秀的沟通、谈判能力；
• The strong writing power of expression, excellent communication and negotiation skills；
• 好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
• Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing；
• 严谨和缜密的工作态度；
• Rigorous and meticulous work attitude；
• 具有良好的管理、组织、协调、控制能力，擅长团队建设，沟通能力强，掌握人际关系处理技巧；
• Have a good ability of management, organization and coordination；a good team player with excellent communication skills；
• 熟练电脑操作及办公软件, 熟练使用PPT；
• Proficient in computer operation and office software, be familiar with PPT making；
