This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • In your activities you will be responsible for facilitating the Request For Proposal (RFP) Process for Siemens Healthineers business lines
  • You will oversee each individual RFP, ensuring the proper organizations respond to the needs and requirements on time.
  • You will interact with Sales, as well as Service, Finance, Legal, Product Management, and other areas as necessary, facilitating communication and documentation required for the proposal. 
  • You will assign responsibility to the appropriate resource best suited to address the specific needs, ensuring quality and consistency in the overall document/s.  Employee will also respond to RFP questions for specific areas.

Finally, the incumbent will support the development & maintenance of the RFP Database, and develop proposal materials and manage other RFP Process administrative duties as requested.
  • You have experience working with RFPs
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You will be working on multiple projects at one time, so you can multitask and stay organized
  • You can drive results with groups throughout the company
  • You have strong writing and editing skills
  • You are familiar with RFP software such as Upland Qvidian or Loopio

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5-8 years proposal experience
