Drive and orchestrate the function wide initiatives / strategies in Proposition to deliver the Ascend 200 strategy. Build and track the measurements of different KPIs and manage the governance framework within the function. He/she need to ensure a consistent framework, tools and approach adopted within the function.

• Develop and deliver function-wide initiatives / strategies to drive and orchestrate the right measurement, governance, and accountability across the teams within the function, including business case development, confirmation of executive-level support, stakeholder engagement and project management
• Develop function wide framework, tools, and approach adopted within the function and create new Proposition capabilities
• Collaborate with Proposition teams to widen the use of data-driven insights to enhance the existing propositions, ensuring that propositions are differentiated.
• Responsible for management reporting and drive the report automation for the function
• Develop robust change management plan for various processes redesign within and across function.
• Work closely with other functions to ensure that propositions are promoted, communicated, and launched to target audience in the most effective and efficient manner. Influence and manage stakeholders and move the initiative forward.
• Provide Proposition expertise on key strategic business projects
