Provide management support to CPO, including managing all the various committees chaired by CPO, providing insightful reports and presentation materials for decision making as well as coordinating all the CPO initiatives and planning

Management Report & Department Coordination

• Identifies and monitors key performance metrics regularly to provide relevant insights to help in decision making, address key challenges and identify new opportunities, to ensure expected/agreed results are realized
• Provides support in the budget planning processes and effectively manages budget and resources based on existing mandates, need and urgency

Administration and Support for Committee Meeting

• Manage the administration and secretariat support of all committees chaired by CPO; including but not limited to coordinating and organizing the agenda, preparing minutes and follow-up with action items update.
• Provide management support to CPO in preparing business proposals and analysis. Create insightful presentations to facilitate decision-making for stakeholders
• Independently and proactively synthesize information from different meetings and sources, determine action plan, propose ways to overcome resistance, influence key stakeholders

Staff Engagement & Risk

• Lead, plan, organize and arrange staff engagement events and activities including but not limited to meet and greet for new joins, Lunch and Learn, annual Team Building and quarterly Town Hall.
• Ensure all teams under Proposition function to maintain an effective risk and control balanced environment
• Responsible for coordinating internal administrative matters including office restacking and Business Continuity Plan.

You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities

Requirement

• University graduate and above, with 8+ years insurance industry experience, preferably in aspect of life product development or marketing
• Actuarial experience highly advantageous
• Understand nature of life insurance products and product development process, familiar with insurance market environment
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and professional ethics
• Must be organized and keen to details
• With good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
