The Skills Content Writer works with a collaborative team to develop, update and expand our job skills content library, which is aimed to help both employers and employees succeed in business environment.

Responsibilities
• Conduct web based research to gain context information on industries, jobs and skills.
• Write, edit and proofread skills content following standard template and guidelines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on content and working process for improvement purpose.
• Finish work assignment timely with solid quality.
• Apply content writing best practices to improve both quality and efficiency.
• Join calls for work related training and discussion during working hours.

Requirements
• English proficiency, excellent reading and writing skills.
• Doctorate's Degree in psychology or related subjects.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand diversified topics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively when required.
• Detail-oriented, and solid time management skills.
• Computer skills including MS offices, online collaboration tools and web search.
• Writing samples/ Portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as content writer / editor.
• HR competency / skill development project experience.
