Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hard working and reliable public area cleaner to join our vibrant and fun hotel team. You will be responsible for the presentation of all the public areas at the hotel so attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential.

A Public area cleaner working with The Francis - MGallery Bath will be fit as the the role is physically demanding. They will be working in guest areas so good presentation and customer service skills are important. Our ideal talent will preferably possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience of cleaning in a luxury hotel is desired
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Committed to delivering great service
• High presentation standards

The Role

• Cleaning the hotel inside and out
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance team
• Dusting, glass cleaning etc
• Tidying the car park to include weeding and litter picking
• Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments, ensuring information is passed on as necessary
