Job Description:

• Draft a wide range of corporate and public relations materials including press releases, advertorials, corporate messages, e-newsletters and other collaterals in both Chinese and English
• Draft official correspondence to government departments, community entities and unions, and a wide range of internal communication materials in both Chinese and English
• Contribute ideas and story angles for public relations activities
• Perform translation, editing and proofreading for all public relations materials
• Ensure all written communications are in the right tone of voice and consistent
• Careful monitoring, proof reading and comply with branding guidelines from concept to final artwork

Job Requirements:

• 2 years’ relevant experience in copywriting and editing
• Degree holder in Languages (Chinese/English), Literature, Journalism, Communications, Translation or related disciplines
• Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
• Detailed-oriented and able to work under tight schedule
